Your Impact

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Manager – Brand Partnerships to lead our collaboration with two of our most significant non-alcohol brand partners – PepsiCo and PLI.

In this key leadership role, you will shape and execute long-term joint business plans (JBPs), drive commercial outcomes, and foster partnerships that fuel our ambition to be a House of Leading Brands.

About the Role

• Own and lead the relationship with PepsiCo and PLI – our largest non-alcoholic brand partners.
• Develop and manage 3-year strategic joint business plans that align partner and Asahi objectives.
• Drive commercial outcomes and P&L performance, ensuring sustained mutual growth.
• Identify and activate category growth initiatives across portfolios in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor market dynamics and proactively respond to competitor activity.
• Ensure Asahi delivers best-in-class partner service, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Champion the voice of our brand partners internally to ensure seamless alignment and execution.

About You

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, or Business is preferred.
• Proven experience in P&L management, commercial strategy, and business development.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Sales, Category Management, or Marketing is highly regarded.
• Solid knowledge of contractual frameworks, category strategy, and investment ROI.
• A collaborative and solutions-oriented approach with the ability to work across functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business tools, with a proactive, energetic approach and a commitment to delivering results.
