You Impact

We are seeking a commercially savvy and strategically driven Finance Manager to partner with our Marketing team. You will work directly with the General Manager Marketing and General Manager Planning and Partnerships, providing critical financial insights and leadership to help drive performance, unlock growth, and shape the future of our commercial strategy.

You’ll play a key role in maximising profitability, supporting innovation, and leading transformational initiatives across the broader Commercial Finance Team.

About the Role

• Provide proactive business partnering, bringing financial insight to marketing team
• Lead financial planning and performance reviews for NPD, category initiatives, DMI and partnerships.
• Play a lead role in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Stage and Gate processes.
• Influence key decisions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and financial objectives.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to support promotional activity, channel growth, and innovation.
• Oversee budget and forecasting for marketing investments and commercial indirects.
• Collaborate with Group Finance, HR and Regional Finance Hubs to lead change and support compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in financial systems, controls, and processes.

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in finance or accounting; CA/CPA preferred but not essential.
• Proven experience in finance roles; FMCG or multinational experience an advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and confident in interpreting and communicating complex data.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and change management capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive performance in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
