Your Impact

We are looking for a senior finance professional with record of achievement in FMCG or retail to fill the newly created role of Senior Finance Manager – ALB Marketing, based in our Southbank office.
In this business-critical role, you will partner with stakeholders across the Marketing and Category teams to provide financial insights, analysis and long-term strategic support so as to make a significant contribution to the organisation’s growth and profitability.
As a member of the Marketing leadership team, your contribution will be key to influencing the direction and performance of the ALB business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide business partnering support to the GM of Marketing and GM of Category and their teams
• Liaise with Business Partners in delivering improved financial outcomes
• Drive ongoing category and brand performance, and actively develop recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate in the development of business cases and assess financial outputs
• Oversee financial input into the new products development process (Stage & Gate)
• Develop strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders, both within the commercial and finance teams

About You

• Significant experience in a similar senior finance role supporting the strategic direction of a large corporate organisation / matrixed FMCG
• Outstanding stakeholder management, leadership and influencing skills across all levels
• Problem-solving/solutions-focussed mindset with a strong understanding of the drivers of category growth
• “Can do” attitude and a record of achievement in delivering best in class financial performance
• Ideally CA/CPA qualified
