Join Asahi Beverages as an Intercompany Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term project and play a crucial role in our value-driven team, ensuring supply continuity, optimising customer service, and managing working capital. As part of the project execution team, you'll oversee the ordering and management of Finished Goods, adhering to inventory policies and sales forecasts. Your pivotal position drives operational success by enhancing customer service levels, managing inventory targets, and overseeing supply within the Asahi Supply Chain.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage administrative tasks including raising and managing POs, stock management, and coordinating outbound movement of finished goods.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in administrative processes to support seamless operations.
  • Manage and optimise inventory levels in line with targeted policies and requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end process to maximise inventory efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Act as a key liaison between Supply Partners and Demand teams, addressing supply-related issues and fostering strong relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Distribution Centres and Supply Planners, resolving supply challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Interpret and manage daily supply-related issues, facilitating cross-functional communication to ensure swift resolutions.
  • Provide clear and timely communication regarding supply constraints and operational challenges to relevant stakeholders.

 

About You

  • Logistics/Business Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in inventory management or production-related roles within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP ECC and Microsoft Dynamics.
