As an HR Business Partner working at our Huntingwood site, you'll play a pivotal role in the execution of our 2024 People Plan for our Supply Chain function and the site. You'll have the opportunity to partner with a diverse site leadership and HR Business Partnering team, driving initiatives that foster a culture of high performance and engagement. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with the site leadership team and frontline leaders to drive the 2024 People Plan and deliver impactful people-related initiatives.
  • Support the Head of Manufacturing with site Enterprise Agreement negotiations and embed consistency of how the Agreement is applied.
  • Implement and coach managers on HR policies, processes and systems, minimising risk and maximising employee engagement.
  • Champion talent management processes and support recruitment efforts to meet business needs.
  • Facilitate learning and development programs to support individual and team growth, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support leaders to effectively manage employee relations and industrial relations issues.
  • Review and act on employee engagement feedback to foster a positive work environment.

 

About You:

 

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • 5-7 years' HR experience with expertise in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or similar industries
  • Proven track record in Industrial Relations and enterprise agreement negotiations
  • Skilled in aligning and embedding structures, processes, and routines to drive and embed change
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and credibility with leaders
  • Demonstrated experience guiding and coaching leaders effectively
  • Proven track record of delivering business-oriented HR solutions with speed and resourcefulness
  • Strong communication and influencing skills for impactful outcomes
