Reliability & Maintenance Manager

Lead a small team to ensure the efficiency of manufacturing operations and equipment through the management of utilities as well as maintenance and reliability programs.

Your Impact

As the Reliability & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team to develop and implement effective preventative maintenance, continuous improvement projects and reliability programs. You will also be responsible for managing utilities and related contractors to ensure adequate resources are available to deliver on planned production and maintenance activities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the maintenance function to ensure ongoing operation of plant and equipment via planned and unplanned maintenance activities and in line with long term reliability agenda
  • Manage utilities contracts to identify and implement strategies to improve utilities performance across QCDSM metrics, as well as ensuring that legislative requirements are met
  • Manage maintenance budget for the site efficiently and within the constraints of variable volume adjustments (VRI budget)
  • Generation of CAPEX plans for submission to national engineering as well as long term capacity and asset replacement strategies

 

About You

  • Prior experience leading reliability and maintenance programs in large volume/high speed production operations
  • Engineering degree qualifications
  • Strong understanding of reliability and maintenance practices
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and often conflicting priorities
