Carlton & United Breweries are looking for a ‘go-getter’ Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our National Field Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be the face of CUB's beer portfolio in Byron Bay. This role enables you to take active ownership of this territory, driving brand presence and sales with retail and on-premise customers. Working with our iconic brands, you will be responsible for the growth across Carlton Dry, Great Northern VB many more!
Your key accountabilities will be:
- The planning and execution of sales and marketing activities
- Building customer relationships
- Joint business planning
- Execution in trade
- Developing new business and delivering on-premise category growth
Success in this role will see you utilising your positive attitude and friendly nature in building robust and valuable working relationships all the while owning and going above and beyond to drive results in the region. And to help set you up we will provide you with all the tools of the trade including a vehicle, phone and laptop.

- Previous experience in an FMCG or beverage field sales role preferred

- Talent for thinking outside the box to deliver over & above our customer's expectations
