Elevate your career and unlock your potential by stepping into the role of Flow Technician at our Heathwood facility, where you will be at the forefront of driving excellence in our Distribution Centre. As a key player reporting directly to the Flow Coordinator, you'll join a team of 8, facilitating smooth and efficient operations throughout the Distribution Centre, from guiding warehouse operations to monitoring automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire and guide the team to complete tasks in a safe environment.
  • Foster a strong sense of safety and chain of responsibility within the team.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including team training and task prioritisation.
  • Develop warehouse processes and training materials.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly resource planning.
  • Ensure warehouse tasks (inbound, pick, stage, and despatch) are executed in the correct order.
  • Oversee operations in an automated ASRS environment.

 

About You

We are looking for a driven and adaptable Supply Chain expert to exercise their proactive nature, and organisation skills to facilitate a safe and efficient work environment for internal and external stakeholders. 

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Experience in FMCG or a past-pace Distribution Centre, in a Planning, Scheduling, or Supervisor role
  • Experience with systems such as SAP, and Warehouse Management Systems
  • A strong understanding of Warehouse processes, and an ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to foster positive and trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with HMI panels would be highly regarded
