As our 3rd Party CoPack Manager , you'll hold the reins of our supply planning strategy, shaping a dynamic and efficient supply chain that fuels our success. Your role will be pivotal in optimising supply chain costs while ensuring seamless continuity of supply to over 100 SKUs across our national network.

Please note: This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of external manufacturer capacity and deliverable plans for a rolling 24-month horizon.
  • Navigate supply issues within the IBP cycles, collaborating with internal stakeholders to align on priorities and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Assess the cost implications of the supply plan in collaboration with the finance team, ensuring business resilience and profitability.
  • Inject your expertise into the NPD process, providing vital input from a supply planning and capacity perspective. Partnering with commercial teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Uncover hidden opportunities for continuous improvement through meticulous data analysis.
  • Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing feedback to team members, nurturing their growth and development.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, empowering team members to excel across business functions.
  • Harness your leadership prowess to rally key stakeholders from diverse functions, driving alignment towards a shared vision of success.

 

About you

  • Ideally possess a tertiary qualification in logistics/business or relevant business experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in supply planning.
  • Well versed analytical skills.
  • APICS certification/membership or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in leading people and teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain roles, preferably in FMCG environments.
  • Strong commercial/customer business acumen.
