Your Impact

We have multiple opportunities for a Process Technician to join our team. You will work with our manufacturing operations team in our Wulkaraka facility, working with a high-speed production line equipped with the latest technology, providing technical and maintenance expertise to ensure machinery is operating efficiently whilst operating the equipment at the same time, producing our world-class beverages.  This includes machine operating, conducting preventative maintenance, break down assistance, coaching and guiding your colleagues maintaining our high safety and quality standards. 

Please note this position involves 12-hour rotating shift work on both days and nights across a rotating roster.

 

About You

We are seeking an enthusiastic team-player with strong mechanical aptitude acquired through either a trades qualification or a personal hobby/interest. If you are eager to learn, possess the ability to problem-solve independently, and actively prioritise safety, we encourage you to apply.

You will need to be available for a 12-hour shift, rotating roster across day and night shifts. This roster supports work-life balance, allowing for a solid consecutive break within your rotating roster.

Highly regarded applicants may also possess the following:

  • Trade or degree qualifications in electrical or mechanical disciplines
  • The ability to work in a diverse role involving operational and maintenance tasks
  • Machine operator experience in the FMCG industry 
  • Troubleshooting skills and the ability to use your initiative to investigate machine issues
  • A proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives

 

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Drive preventative maintenance, continuous improvement and testing practices to validate line performance requirements.
  • Operating machinery within the facility to produce our materials & beverages.
  • Perform daily process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards.
  • Conduct corrective action maintenance activities to ensure machine integrity and operating efficiency is maintained.
  • Perform asset management activities on production line.
  • Fault find and troubleshoot to reduce machine downtime.
  • Conduct quality tests and calibrate machinery ensuring our product meet our high-quality standards.
