Your Impact

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager Customer Planning, this position will Business Partner with the Demand and Supply Planning Teams to report & analyse key performance metrics for the team whilst identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.

Note - This is a 6-month fixed term contract. 

 

The opportunity:

 

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate CUB& CUBPB Demand Planning process, with the output being an accurate, consensus driven, rolling forecast.
  • Responsible for collating and management of supply issues between key supply chain partners
  • Be the key contact for commercial teams regarding supply issues / availability issues
  • Develop reporting suites for S&OP rhythms that identifies critical discussion points and that is simple & time efficient to run
  • Responsible for NPD management re: supply availability and tracking. Ensure the accuracy and alignment of NPD forecasts across Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain
  • Lead & influence key stakeholders at all levels of the business across multiple functions to deliver rolling forecast & accuracy/service targets

 

About You

 

Your resume will clearly demonstrate prior experience and responsibility across multi-site, inventory management together with the development and implementation of operational optimisation, resulting in best-in-class Demand & Supply Integration.

 

In addition, you will possess:

  • Ideally Tertiary Qualification – Logistics / Business Degree or appropriate business experience
  • Prior experience in a similar position within a medium to large size organization, FMCG preferred
  • Experience with ERP and Production/Replenishment Planning systems
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Solid S&OP understanding and project management skills
  • Well developed communication and problem-solving abilities
