Come and join the team in this newly created role. Here at CUB we are currently in the process of transforming our eCommerce space & how we partner with our amazing customers, and we are looking for you to join us on this journey of transformation. You will have the opportunity to build both capability & strategy with our senior Sales team members from across the business.

As part of your new role, you will manage and drive the sales of the CUB portfolio in partnership with our key customer Endeavour Group, through eCommerce platforms to achieve committed outcomes whilst delivering on the significant change agenda to become the liquor eCommerce partner of choice.

 

The opportunity:

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute an eCommerce strategy for Endeavour Group
  • Act as the key subject matter expert for eCommerce Initiatives in the Retail Channel
  • Deliver eCommerce Test & Learn initiatives against joint priorities to drive online sales growth & shopper engagement as identified in our Joint Business Plans 
  • Understand the online shopper and collaborate with Endeavour Group and the category team to inform the strategy
  • Build relationships & trust with key stakeholders at Endeavour Group to become the eCommerce partner of choice 
  • Responsible for driving conversion and site engagement across all online platforms and applications (customer + internal)
  • Responsible for the development of our online customer experience on eCommerce platforms 

 

About You

 

You have a demonstrated track record of delivering market-leading commercial and customer outcomes, meeting or exceeding conversion, revenue and profit targets within the FMCG or Consumer goods space.

 

  • Experience in building, leading and coordinating project teams including software vendors and 3rd party integrators
  • Experience in eCommerce strategy development
  • Experience managing relationships with senior leaders & key customers
  • Experience at managing department and project budgets
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
