Your Impact

Reporting to the Head of Consumer Connections you are responsible for leading a team of 12 digital marketing specialists comprised of Digital Planners, Social Media Managers, Channel Specialists, CRM and Marketing Automation. This team is responsible for driving digital marketing transformation and the strategy and execution of best-in-class digital campaigns.

You will be part of the Consumer Connections leadership team that responsible for driving a consumer-centric mindset on across a team of 65 Marketing Specialists. 

Consumer Connections is Asahi Beverage’s internal integrated marketing skills network, created to deliver marketing excellence and effectiveness for Brands and commercial performance for the Business. We’re a team of modern marketers; we’re all about people, we’re curious and we like to challenge the status quo!


Other Key Responsibilities Include

  • Provide digital thought-leadership on emerging trends, platforms and technologies to accelerate growth through digital
  • Lead and drive the overarching digital marketing strategy for Asahi Beverages and its portfolio of brands
  • Strong analytical skills and hands on application of MarTech platforms, consumer data and segmentation strategies and tactics to deploy data driven activation
  • Deliver end-to-end, integrated digital marketing plans that connect consumer and brand ecosystems and touchpoints
  • Partner with extremal creative and media agencies to provide guidance and expertise around digital programmes, customer journeys and media ecosystems.
  • Accelerate and deliver effective social media, content and community engagement strategies
  • Manage in-house programmatic execution and vendor management
  • Develop clear measurement frameworks, ORKs and KPIs to drive uplift in all digital metrics.
  • Build out a collaborative reporting framework with our media agency and data team to reduce overlap of work


About You

A digital and consumer experience expert with a thorough understanding and working knowledge of digital marketing and how it applies to brands.

In addition, you have:

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong background in integrated marketing, data & analytics techniques
  • Significant experience in working in digital teams, with hands on experience delivering KPIs and driving business performance
  • Relevant industry experience (agency, client or publisher side)
  • Commercial Business or Marketing degree advantageous
  • A creative mindset and always look for ways to solve brand problems.
  • The ability to oversee multiple campaigns and ensure your team are able to manage their time and priorities appropriately
  • Understanding of Ad Technologies including SFMC, Adobe DMP, Adobe DSP, CDP and Shopify
