Your Impact

As part of the Asahi Beverages Regional Hub function, you will lead a team of two analysts and be responsible for driving excellence in the Group’s revenue management capability.

You will establish the strategic Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Framework and partner with the Business Divisions to create effective revenue management strategies and develop high-value initiatives to enhance group-wide revenue growth capability uplift.

Other Key Responsibilities Include

  • Oversee the implementation of the Strategic Revenue Growth Management Framework and standards (e.g., planning time horizons, key measures, etc.) including the rollout of training and communications required to ensure that all Business Divisions apply the practices in day-to-day operations
  • Maintain a strong understanding of revenue management best practice locally & globally including trends across the industry
  • Work with the business divisions to develop long-term RGM strategies that will enable and support delivery of commercial ambitions
  • Conduct revenue growth opportunity analysis across beverage categories to identify pricing / mix opportunities that extend beyond current portfolio or business divisions (e.g., beer vs. RTDs vs. wine), ensuring these are closely linked to our insights into consumers, occasions and categories
  • Oversee group-wide revenue growth management performance, identifying capability gaps and opportunities for improvement to enhance sustainable profitability and growth
  • Identify and manage Group Strategic Revenue Growth Management enablers required to support best practice including
  • Lead and manage team; creating an environment that drives ownership, accountability and high-performance

About You

An outstanding leader, you will have exceptional knowledge and experience in revenue growth management.

In addition, you have:

  • Tertiary Qualifications within Finance, Marketing or Business
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CPA/CA) an advantage, but not essential
  • A proven background in a large scale, matrixed FMCG organization or similar industry.  
  • Strong working knowledge of FMCG or Beverage Industry
  • Significant experience in pricing management and customer investment strategies to drive profitable revenue growth.
  • The ability to identify strategic opportunities for the business unit and translate this into an actionable recommendation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to share learning and influence others
