Your Impact

Reporting to the Group Head of Service Optimisation, This role sits within the Regional Hub and is responsible for the enablement of maximised business productivity and driving improved overall efficiency and effectiveness of business services and end-to-end processes through transition management and service optimisation.

You will primarily be responsible for all aspects of transition of business services between on-shore, off-shore and automated locations. This includes but is not limited to process discovery & mapping, service location planning, standardisation & expansion of business services scope, onshore/offshore transition, efficiency realization and E2E process improvement across all major processes (e.g. OTC, RTR).

In addition, you will help define and deliver processes that support the fulfilment of Service Levels, Business KPI delivery, enhanced business user, customer and vendor experience, and driving the continuous improvement of services across Business Services.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in development of the Service Optimisation, Automation and Integration strategy and build an associated roadmap to deliver the defined focus areas
  • Help to define and deliver processes that support the fulfilment of Service Levels, Business KPI delivery, enhanced business user, customer and vendor experience, and driving the continuous improvement of services across Business Services.
  • Develop and define Onshore/Offshore Transition framework which considers all elements of a thorough Project Transition to Support process
  • Understand and translate business priorities and direction to provide advice and guidance into customer and commercial operational excellence solutions
  • Lead and manage a team as well as liasing with stakeholder across the business, including at an Executive Leadership Level.

You’re a strategic problem-solver with great leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Other attributes we look for are:

 

About You

  • Strong experience in service delivery management and/or leadership of relevant commercial function
  • Continuous improvement framework (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean) highly desirable
  • An accomplished leader with a passion for excellence and ensuring the efficient use of process, people and technology are enablers of business performance.
  • Strong service and process management background having progressed into leadership with experience of business change and driving both process and systems improvements which impact bottom line and an expert in bringing people along on the journey
  • Proven experience as a manager or similar managerial role (multi-regional or multi-business unit experience highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver business outcomes via 3rd party service provider partnerships
  • Strong understanding and experience of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment
