Your Impact


As the Pallet/Keg/Returns Coordinator, you will ensure inventory accuracy of our finished goods within the Papakura DC (as well as off-site locations) and rectify any stock issues or discrepancies.


Key responsibilities


  • Manage the Chep Account
  • Daily Returns
  • Manage inventory and ensure accuracy in our WMS/ERP system
  • Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts & reconciliations
  • Analysis and resolution of inventory needs and issues
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements with the business unit
  • Manage stock on hold/aged stock inventory
  • Manage interstate transport damage claims
  • Participate in product recalls
  • Support in training the team on inventory processes


About You


  • Prior experience in inventory or warehouse operations 
  • SAP or Microsoft Dynamics experience
  • Strong computer literacy and excel capability (including pivot tables)
  • Excellent problem-solving capability
  • Good communicator and ability to build strong working relationships will various stakeholders
