Your Impact 

Based in Livermore, California and reporting to the Manager Logistics, you will be a key contributor within a small team with significant responsibilities in the areas of logistics and be responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment in both the US and Canadian markets. You will utilize your detailed order processing and logistics skills to provide the following support for US and Canadian entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize North American sales by executing seamless, timely, and accurate order processing and by proactively identifying any out of stocks 
  • Process all sales invoicing for Alberta and British Columbia, as well as all other domestic and direct import provincial invoicing
  • Accuracy and efficiency of each product costing, purchase order, shipment coordination, inventory management and vendor relations with freight forwarders, liquor boards, and warehouses
  • Process inventory purchase orders in a timely manner, track orders, verify receipts of shipments and process all paperwork
  • Process all sales invoicing for Alberta and British Columbia, as well as all other domestic and direct import provincial invoicing
  • Issue Canadian open order reports weekly and the Retrieve, consolidate, and report daily/weekly case volume depletion data from the Liquor Board

About you

  • Experience within a supplier/distributor environment in the beverage alcohol industry
  • University or college degree in supply chain management or business administration or an acceptable combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of integrated supply chain and logistics concepts and theories
  • ERP/Netsuite experience desired
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to be “hands on” as a part of a small team in a small company environment, as well as the ability to work independently
