Asahi Beverages Regional Hub is looking to hire a highly motivated, best in class Sales and Marketing Manager to identify, procure, and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with Club Connect customers. 

Club Connect is an easy one-stop-shop for community sporting clubs to purchase all their wholesale beverage requirements online.

Key responsibilities

• Development and delivery of the Club Connect sales and marketing strategy
• Develop and execute effective marketing, PR, outbound sales and CRM program
• Work with brand and sales teams to lead the development of annual promotional plans
• Own processes for identifying and procuring new opportunities
• Review customer performance and identify opportunities and obstacles to drive growth

• Represent the brand by role-modelling the Asahi values and self-management principles and by presenting in a highly professional manner
• Maximise ROI on spend and initiatives

• Experience in sales, marketing and PR
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets using a structured data-driven, planned approach
• Good understanding of the community sporting club landscape
• Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and execution skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to build relationships and manage a number of internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with customers to close out sales and contractual arrangements
• Highly proficient in using a range of computer packages - Microsoft outlook, excel, word, powerpoint
