Your Impact


In this newly created role, the Transformation and Value Capture Manager will manage strategic cross functional projects and programs of work.  You will be responsible for defining strategic problems, identifying potential solutions through quantitative and qualitative analysis, consolidating findings, and presenting actionable recommendations.


Reporting into the Integration Lead, this role will see you lead financial analysis on large scale transformational projects, including proactively driving value through insightful and strategic financial partnership to cross functional stakeholders.


This role would suit a Consultant with corporate strategy experience or someone already working within an in-house Strategy function, looking to make a move into a large and exciting business going through significant transformation.



Key responsibilities


  • Define strategic problems, identify potential solutions, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and present findings and recommendations
  • Manage strategic cross functional projects and programs or work
  • Support the central benefit and cost tracking and monitoring of transformation projects through closely business partnering functions / business divisions; ensuring delivery is in line with approved business cases
  • Contribute to the drafting of key reports for business forums



About You


  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Economics, Finance or an applicable field
  • MBA/Masters qualification (preferred not mandatory)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in management consulting, inhouse strategy or an internal transformation role
  • Prior experience leading cross functional strategic projects
  • Strong cross functional senior stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to analyse business operations and projects, grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills – an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
  • Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis and presentation
  • Financially very astute with robust financial modelling skills
  • Strong communication and written presentation skills
