Your Impact

Reporting into the Operational Excellence Manager and working closely with our Australian based state lean team. You will be responsible for delivering Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across our Victorian sites.

With a large focus of process standardisation nationally, you’ll take the lead on the implementation of our OES programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing site improvement plans aligned with the national strategy
• Developing Root Cause and Problem-Solving Capability amongst the Supply Chain Teams
• Assessing, coaching and management of the OES practices
• Developing the skills of world class supply chain practices to ensure optimisation of business performance
• Identifying best practices and standardising processes across the business  

About You

• Prior LEAN experience within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
• Excellent knowledge and experience in either LEAN six sigma or other lean methodologies
• Proven experience in delivering CI projects, and strong project management skills
• Sound knowledge of internal auditing requirements
• CERT 4 above in Competitive Manufacturing
