Your Impact  

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Planner to join us at our Huntingwood NSW site. Reporting to the Reliability Manager, you will facilitate a continuous improvement in plant reliability through Asset Management strategy development, weekly maintenance scheduling, and maintenance project planning.

Key Responsibilities  

• Plan maintenance activities via SAP, including preparing parts availability, SOP’s, contractor and specific work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space etc.)  
• Plan shutdowns and projects and feedback on progress  
• Manage incoming work requests and maintenance tags  
• Supervise and review planned maintenance with trades and specialist and collaborate on scope of future works and strategies  
• Inspect plant and equipment with trades and collaborate on repair solutions  
• Work with the Reliability Manager to manage budget, reviewing reports and providing up to date estimates   
• Capture data, input data for analyse and generate asset care reports  

About You  

• 5 years+ experience using SAP for planning & optimising
• Previous experience in a similar role within an engineering OR manufacturing environment 
• Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives  
• Excellent communication and a positive, can-do attitude
