Please note: This internship is for a 12-month period requiring full availability Monday - Friday. 

 

Your Engineering Adventure:

  • Daily KPI Mastery: Dive into the world of Key Performance Indicators, filling the TOR and utilities metrics on a daily basis. Become the maestro of our daily cost report, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Track the CO2 hourly model, keeping a watchful eye on our environmental impact. Contribute to our success by updating and maintaining the KPI whiteboard and monitoring the De-alc flow rate & level.
  • Weekly Metrics Review: Summarize the weekly CO2 performance and stock model, ensuring we're always on track. Engage with the ASK dashboard weekly, staying informed and ready to take on challenges.
  • Logistics Maestro: Take charge of collecting and receipting gas delivery notes, as well as ferric chlorite/aqueous ammonia delivery notes. Attend utilities, engineering, and planning meetings, becoming an integral part of our collaborative team.
  • Engine Driver Updates: Keep our engine driver CO2 tracker up-to-date, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.
  • Inventory Mastery: Prepare cycle counts for gas, caustic, and other chemicals, contributing to our meticulous monthly T&M and maintenance commitment reports. Dive into our financial journals, journaling gas, electricity, and solar usage. Update trackers for electricity, N2CO2, and chemical usage.
  • Financial Wizardry: Receipt REMONDIS trade waste and handle monthly Nalco rental invoices. Keep a sharp eye on our financial health with the MYOSH hazards & walk.
  • Water & Effluent Chronicles: Dive into the journals for water and effluent, ensuring our quarterly reports are accurate and comprehensive.
  • Logistical Dynamo: Handle chemical ordering, invoice receipting, safety/PPE ordering, REMONDIS bin ordering/servicing, and more. Be the go-to for VIMs correction, PR/PO raising, ID card creation, and assisting CBRE in uniform ordering/locker number distribution.
