Your Impact

As a Senior Delivery Lead at Asahi Beverages, you’ll spearhead the execution of digital programs that drive our strategic vision. You’ll ensure smooth project governance, effective risk management, and seamless transitions from development to operational support. With a focus on continuous improvement and delivery excellence, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and enhance project outcomes to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain  a high standard of execution across digital projects, ensuring successful delivery and continuous improvement.
• Drive risk management practices, guiding IT leads to mitigate risks and maintain secure, resilient systems.
• Oversee project management activities, collaborating with Product Owners and IT leads to track progress, allocate resources, and ensure timely project completion.
• Provide leadership to Project Managers, fostering a performance-driven culture and guiding change initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to align business needs with digital delivery, ensuring smooth transitions and long-term success.
• Champion delivery excellence, using agile and waterfall methodologies to achieve business goals and exceed KPIs.

About You

• Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline
• 10+ years of project and program management experience, with a focus on delivery excellence.
• Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
• Skilled in project management methodologies like PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, and Agile.
• Strong strategic thinking with deep understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and digital alignment to business objectives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, capable of navigating complex challenges and driving impactful change.
• Adaptable in fast-paced environments with a track record of successful project delivery.
