Your Impact:

We are currently looking for a talented Omnichannel Shopper Marketing Specialist to come and join the CUB Shopper Marketing team. Your new role will be partnering with the Coles Liquor Group Retail Beer teams. As part of your new role as the Omnichannel Shopper Marketing Specialist you will be working across both digital and instore activation. Leveraging both internal and external relationships this role is primarily focused on developing and executing digital strategy (in line with JBP strategic initiatives) and executing tactical opportunities that drive sales growth for both CLG and CUB brands.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide input into the CLG annual plan to help inform the 0–18-month activation & digital calendar.
  • Contribute recommendations based on reviewing previously completed activations.
  • Own the CLG digital amplification strategy across (social media, search, websites, content marketing, email, Trade publications & analytics) to ensure we can influence liquor shoppers along the omni-channel path to purchase for CUB brands.
  • Deliver end-to-end digital campaign journey mapping & creation.
  • Embed commercial rhythms into the digital strategy.
  • Lead the Project Management & Technology: digital design for trade activity & communications.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of CUB’s customer/channel strategies to drive triple-wins for our consumers, customers, and the CUB business.
  • Activate against brand guidelines and category growth drivers with a strong understanding of consumer occasions.
  • Support and input into agency briefing for in store activation leveraging expertise
  • Engage concepts with insights team to establish shopper alignment.
  • Project manage development of activation with relevant stakeholders – pack artwork, POS visuals, Legal approvals, insurance quotes (if required) – working back with shopper marketing manager for sign off.
  • Develop a deep understanding of CLG business strategy, digital amplification/ecommerce strategy, rhythms, processes & structure.
  • Attend relevant customer meetings and develop strong relationships with Digital/marketing teams where relevant.

We are looking for someone who has previously worked in either digital or instore activation. You will be an excellent communicator and looking for an opportunity to grow your career to the next level.

 

Additionally:

  • Solid commercial experience within Sales, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Trade Marketing
  • Category experience will be a benefit.
