Your impact

Reporting to the Group Head Internal Communications, and partnering extensively with the Change Management and Transformation teams this is a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional to lead communications on this critical transformation change program.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the management, governance and execution of our Transformation Customer Communications, across multiple channels and stakeholder groups
  • Leading communications and execution (customer and internal) for our biggest Transformation Initiative
  • Management of the enterprise-wide Transformation communications requirements strategy, plan and calendar
  • Leading engagement with internal business partners to advise and manage messaging, channels, content, and approaches with the goal of driving engagement internally and enhancing the company’s employer value proposition (EVP) with customers.
  • Counselling and supporting senior leaders on key functional program-related communications as required to assist in delivering senior leader’s communications tools and messages

About you

You’re a seasoned Transformation/Change Comms expert, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity and competing priorities.  You’re brilliant at managing stakeholders and love helping to make sense of complex programs.  You’re all about the end-user experience and get a real kick of out of working with great people to deliver amazing results.

You will also have:

  • Degree qualified in business management, marketing or communications 
  • Vast communication experience in a corporate environment, with demonstrated internal/employee communications
  • Experience in customer communications is ideal
  • Change communications experience, ideally within the context of major transformation initiatives
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and managing budgets
  • Experience in using a wide variety of communication tools including traditional and digital communications
  • Excellent planning and project management experience
  • Strong influencing and coaching skills & the ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to build relationships with all levels of the organization
