Your Impact

Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Services, this role will see you take responsibility for maximising business productivity and driving improved overall business efficiency and effectiveness in the “Hire to Retire” process through HR Operations delivery.  You will be passionate about ensuring the HR Operations Team fulfill Service Levels and Business KPI’s and ensure an enhanced business user experience.


The opportunity:

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute towards the framework of processes including organizational management, onboarding & offboarding, administrative support for learning & development, talent acquisition & rewards, compliance to relevant controls and employee information retention requirements, together with building an associated roadmap
  • Define onshore service provider SLAs, business KPIs and compliance requirements
  • Help build the roadmap for Human Resource Operations Optimization, aligned to the overall Service Optimization, Automation and Integration strategy
  • Work closely with stakeholders to improve business user experience and minimize performance impacts during service transition periods
  • Provide input into the development, communication, engagement, and deployment of the overall Human Resource Services roadmap to support all sub-functions, Business Units and Regions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives for growth
  • Develop and maintain people, processes and technologies to ensure quality and cost-effective solutions in a highly leveraged/outsourced model
  • Maintain operational relationships with a range of vendor and outsourced providers, creating a high performing onshore and offshore workforce, to support the business achieving KPI’s and business objectives


About You

You are an accomplished HR Operations Leader with a passion for excellence and for ensuring the efficient use of process, people and technology to enable business performance.  Your resume will demonstrate proven experience in operating and managing a remote / contingent workforce.

In addition, you will possess:

  • High degree of expertise in the use of SAP Successfactors Employee Central & Learning modules including the back-end tech side and HR end user side.
  • Ideally Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and prior experience from HR Operations / HR Services or Payroll
  • Strong service and process management background having progressed into leadership with experience of business change and driving both process and systems improvements which impact bottom line
  • Demonstrated experience of Six Sigma/ Lean ,together with the ability to lead onshore & offshore teams
  • Highly developed analytical and problem solving capabilities with outstanding organizational and leadership ability
  • Solid understanding of business operations specifically in the HR Operations process function, ideally within a fast-paced and competitive environment
