Your Impact

On a day-to-day basis, you will provide a high level of customer service whilst building strong relationships with your customers. You will execute sales plans and drive further growth of your account base and overall business across the on-premise, traditional and grocery channels. 

In this role, you'll have the freedom to apply your flexible and entrepreneurial working style to contribute to the ongoing success of the Asahi Beverages NZ team and represent an outstanding range of alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, such as Asahi Super Dry, Peroni, Somersby Cider, Vodka Cruiser and the Schweppes range.

 Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide a high level of customer service, managing your key accounts
• Achieving budgeted sales and distribution targets
• Identifying and capitalising on local market opportunities to build sales and profitability
• Working autonomously to manage your monthly call plan and growing accounts
• Negotiating business agreements and commercial initiatives
• Merchandising and activating promotional plans with customers

About you

• Demonstrated sales experience, ideally gained within the FMCG industry
• Robust negotiation skills and communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• High levels of resilience and problem-solving skills
