About the Opportunity  

As the Customer Experience Manager, you will be the key link between our sales and delivery teams to ensure a high level of customer service is achieved throughout all sales channels. This includes providing support to our sales team with reporting, forecasting as well as processing customer orders.  

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the National Sales Team to ensure the right messaging and accurate information reaches sales in a timely and effective manner.
  • Responding to all customer queries, booking requests and quotes
  • Processing of customer orders and deliveries (incoming and dispatch)
  • Review, track and resolve customer complaints
  • Actively participate in weekly stock on hand meeting with sales team
  • Provide accurate inventory and stock on hand reports to ensure orders are supplied in full and on time
  • Lead the customer experience process and delivery by ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded

 

About You

  • Prior experience in a logistics admin or customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills and able to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Strong customer service mind set
  • Computer savvy particularly with Microsoft Office and ERP systems experience will be highly regarded
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple, and often conflicting deadlines
