About the Opportunity  

Located in our DC based at Heathwood, The Asset Coordinator will effectively control and record the transition of returnable and technology assets across QLD. You will be responsible for reducing pallet hire costs, improving keg turnaround time, and improving technology uptime through effective asset management, whilst eliminating asset losses.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage processes and tracking for inbound and outbound pallets and kegs
  • Manage supplier relationship and performance metrics
  • Maintain productive, customer-oriented relationships with the logistics and customer service teams as well as broader business stakeholders
  • Work with distribution teams to manage venues and the keg return processes
  • Adhere to all levels of compliance across chain of responsibility, stock control, pallet and equipment hire, keg management, national reporting, maintenance of inventory records and reconciliation, pallet quality and asset management administration
  • Utilise lean tools and modern supply chain concepts to drive cost reduction, process improvement and waste removal for pallets
  • Responsible for identifying, reporting and resolving financial losses in relation to pallet or other hire equipment and asset management
  • Responsible for regular auditing of state adherence to procedures

About You

  • Previous pallet and equipment management experience
  • Strong understanding of inventory and stock management processes
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Attention to detail and ability to interpret data to identify discrepancies
  • Excellent computer literacy including SAP, Excel, MS Office suites and 2IC computer software is essential
