Your Impact

Reporting to the Commercial & Operations Manager, this business-critical role is responsible for the overall IBP Demand process and is a key link between Commercial and Supply teams.

You will provide leadership in the areas of IBP Demand process effectiveness and consistency, focusing on facilitating continuous sales plan improvements and oversee long-term planning and process to ensure the forecast represents the business unit's financial intent.

You are confident to in your decision making ability and not afraid to roll your sleeves up. Looking for ways to learn and improve will be key to your success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to ensure demand plan alignment with business strategies
  • Cross-functional education on the IBP Demand process and engagement
  • Coordination of the monthly demand planning process to critique, analyse and provide integrated understanding
  • Continued development and BAU implementation of the weekly IBP Demand process, providing visibility and communication on sales, demand, supply and customer service through the short-term planning horizon
  • Providing support with minimising inventories & obsolescence while maximising customer service through the IBP monthly and weekly S&OP
  • To provide leadership in the areas of IBP Demand process effectiveness and consistency, long-term planning and a multi-faceted consensus process to ensure the forecast represents the business unit& financial intent.


About you

  • Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen
  • Able to demonstrate commercial planning experience, gained within an FMCG or Retail environment
  • Experience with NPD & Projects working with Category teams
  • Solid experience in demand planning, S&OP facilitation 
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Understanding of Inventory Management within a retail environment
  • Capability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
