Your Impact

Utilising your generalist HR experience in a diverse role, you’ll take the lead for the provision of operational and strategic business partnering to our Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial teams in QLD.


Reporting to the HR Manager, Northern you will be responsible for providing guidance and advice on all HR related matters including engagement, talent & capability development, performance management, IR/ER and operational workforce planning. You’ll relish the opportunity to work with a number of stakeholders across varying functions.


Other key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with leaders to understand and diagnose organisational challenges and to develop ‘fit for purpose’ solutions in line with the HRBP capability framework
  • Building people management and leadership capability through effective facilitation, coaching and application of development models/frameworks
  • Providing & analysing HR metrics to measure & improve business effectiveness
  • Partners leaders to achieve business goals through the implementation of ER/IR strategies at a local level


Whilst you’ll be based at our Heathwood site, there will be weekly/fortnightly travel required to our three other Brisbane sites (Goodna, Wulkuraka and Hendra), so you will need to be comfortable with travel.


About You

We’re looking for an experienced HR generalist with IR/ER experience in the FMCG, or similar industry. With a passion for people and pragmatic approach to your work, you’ll be confident working autonomously and taking accountability for the state.


Other key success indicators we’re looking for include:

  • Degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Highly collaborative with strong communications skills, enabling you to build effective relationships across a breadth of stakeholders
  • Solid systems skills including HRIS exposure and excel
  • A resilient, solutions focused approach
