Your Impact

In a project management role with a twist, this opportunity will see you responsible for the management of all planning, logistics and supervision associated with the supply, installation and refurbishment of post mix equipment within our key customer premises.


From existing sites to total new builds, sales team to contractors and all the site visits in between, no two days or interactions will look exactly alike, so the ability to effectively manage and plan for deadlines will be key. In return, you’ll relish the opportunity to highlight your expertise in an environment that encourages CI initiatives and actively supports your development.


Sound like you? Other key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively project managing a high volume of installs (30 – 50 at any given time)
  • Carrying out coaching programs with installation contractors including training and induction
  • Liaising with a variety of key internal/external stakeholders, effectively managing competing priorities
  • Ensuring installation contractors complete all relevant documentation
  • Conducting thorough handover of installed equipment to the field service team and managing the equipment removal process
  • Monitoring budget targets & ensuring these are achieved


About You

We’re looking for strong project management professionals with experience in a similarly fast paced environment. It goes without saying that you’ll need to be detail oriented, highly organised and efficient to succeed, however we’re also looking for someone with strong communication skills who can build quick, yet effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.


With this in hand, other indicators of success include:

  • Prior experience/trade certification in electrical, air condition or refrigeration would be a significant advantage
  • A team focused approach, unafraid to roll up your sleeves and pitch in to help your team succeed
  • Sound experience with MO Suite and strong computer literacy
  • Proven experience in estimating, planning, prioritising and supervising work activities in a demand driven environment
