Your Impact

Looking for a role with impact? This could be it. Joining our Category team in a newly created position, you’ll become our Wine category expert for our Treasury Wine Estates portfolio.

 

A unique opportunity with the option for flexibility (full-time or part-time), you’ll take responsibility for delivering the strategic direction on how and where to drive growth within the category across a 3-year horizon (with a critical focus on the next 18 months).

 

Furthermore, you’ll draw on your Nielsen/Aztec expertise, gleaning key insights and understanding to ensure drivers are well supported with annual plans and levers to deliver sustainable success.

 

Interested? Other key responsibilities include:

  • Developing category reviews and providing category insights that will deliver core business growth
  • Working cross functionally with our broader marketing, sales and activations team to develop tools/levers that enable category growth
  • Identifying long & short term white space opportunities for Categories utilising category and shopper trends & metrics
  • Developing and delivering the 12mth Trade Category Plan for total category (Price strategy, Promo strategy, Ranging, distribution and channel thinking) and identifying big bets (NPD, Core) by channel

 

 

About You

We’re seeking individuals with demonstrated category/brand experience and a true passion for working with data. Bringing with you prior experience with Nielsen/Aztec will set you up to succeed, as will an ability to extract insight and collaborate cross functionally to deliver successful growth plans.

 

Sound like you? Other things we’re looking for include:

  • Prior success in category, brand management or trade/shopper marketing roles
  • FMCG experience, ideally within wine and/or beverages
  • An analytical mind and demonstrated ability to utilise data to leverage growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills enabling you to communicate with a broad group of stakeholders
