Your Impact

Located in our Tullamarine Sales Office. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the sales team. Your role will be to advantage Commercial Non - Alcohol sales teams through administrative support. The State Support/Services Coordinator will report into the Senior State Support/Services Coordinator who is also based in Tullamarine.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Administers workflow, providing support/services to Commercial Non - Alcohol teams
  • Supports the inbound/outbound mail process
  • Proactively manages meeting room bookings
  • Coordinates and administers new starters, leavers & movers process including new starter system set-up and orientation
  • SAP - Creates a large volume of  purchase orders
  • Coordinates travel bookings including flights, accommodation and hire car arrangements for Commercial Non-Alcohol teams that are consistent with company policy/procedures, as requested and as informed
  • Coordinates conference invites and RSVP’s, sourcing venues, prep meeting materials, catering, technology requirements and onsite coordination for OTG, Grocery & OTG conferences/training sessions.

  • A natural communicator who can confidently interact and influence a variety of individuals up and down the business
  • Willingness and readiness to support all those around you
  • Strong MS Outlook and Excel experience are an absolute must
  • Demonstrated Experience with SAP.
