Your Impact

Looking after the NSW region for Schweppes in our non-alcohol side of the business, you’ll engage your strong business development background and ability to mentor others as you lead, coach and develop a New Business team of 5. Furthermore, you’ll also be supporting our National Sales Manager - New Business to manage critical relationships across select National Accounts, offering you excellent exposure to major key customers.

 

Caught your interest so far? Other key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with State and National Sales teams to develop strategies and plans to deliver new account acquisition target
  • Identifying and acquiring new, profitable customers and opportunities in the On-The-Go channel
  • Negotiating new business contracts in line with business rules
  • Achieving individual targets as well as overall team target

 

About You

A natural hunter of cold opportunities, you’ll also have demonstrated success in cold calling and knocking down doors and more importantly, be able to mentor your team in best practice new business development.

  • A strong new business development background within FMCG, with beverage experience highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others, whether formally via direct reports or informally through indirect mentoring
  • Solid commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial approach, enabling you to see the wood for the trees and identify key opportunities
  • A resilient, solutions focused approach and impeccable ability to quickly build strong relationships
