About the Opportunity  

Great opportunity for a Customer Delivery Coordinator to join the team at our site in Prospect NSW.

In this crucial role you will ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and with as little error as possible whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service.

Working across multiple internal departments you will enjoy a high degree of stakeholder engagement whilst ensuring end to end order fulfilment support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer support administration activities including investigation and follow up of all internal and external logistics related customer complaints
  • Use of CI tools to help improve quality performance and the coordination of corrective actions therefore ensuring the optimization of the delivery sequence
  • Generation of purchase requests, goods receipt vendor invoices and reconciliation work
  • Distribution administration including coordinating special customer delivery queries and requests from the Central Customer Delivery team
  • Stakeholder engagement work including engaging with customers, commercial and third-party logistics providers to identify service improvement opportunities/ continuity of product supply
  • Responsibility in ensure all SAP order, delivery and shipment transactions are completed appropriately, and on time
  • Alcohol delivery coordination and administration
  • Analysis and review of internal transport reports
  • Administrative work to support project work
  • Ensure health and safety and drive compliance to meet legislative and company standards.

About You:

  • Demonstrable experience in a transport planning role or customer support and administrative role within a medium to large sized organisation.
  • Experience using SAP or SAP WMS
  • Competence with all MS Office Suite packages particularly Excel
  • Certificate IV in logistics or other related business discipline is preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate, collaborate and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent team-player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships quickly
  • Strong organisation skills with a result driven, detail-orientated attitude
  • Understanding of warehouse operations activities and project work is also desirable but not essential
