About the Opportunity  

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, we have a great opportunity for an Administration Coordinator to join our brand new Heathwood site.

You will be responsible for providing support across multiple departments including Logistics, Learning and Development, Operational Excellence and Human Resources. In this varied role you will undertake a wide variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain administration duties for the entire QLD Logistics & Warehousing team and ensure KPI’s are met to deliver customer service
  • Work closely with the Logistics team to drive compliance to processes that compliments effective value chain operations
  • Ensure compliance based training is up to date
  • Coordinate training bookings and ensure required employees attend compliance based training
  • Assist with time and attendance records and supporting the local team in payroll processes.
  • Support the OES (operational excellence) framework with a particular focus on people related activities
  • Support of Logistics activities and the wider Asahi QLD team
  • Streamline processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance of labour hire contract and required processes  
  • Ensure compliance of documentation and audit responsibilities
  • Support key projects for the site and the wider Asahi QLD team


 About You

  • A business or logistics/supply chain qualification or equivalent experience is required
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is vital, along with a high level of organisational skills
  • Knowledge of payroll software, learning management systems and SAP
  • Proven experience within a similar field 
  • Extremely organised with strong communication skills
  • Solid computer skills including Excel and other MS Office suites
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
