About the Opportunity  

Reporting to the Organisational Capability Manager, in this varied and hands on role, you will be responsible for helping to shape culture, grow talent and build capability within Asahi Beverages across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a great opportunity for an Organisational Capability Specialist who is adept at using theoretical knowledge and turning it into tangible, practical outcomes for the business. You will lead and participate in delivering key strategic projects whilst also ensuring BAU activities are managed effectively.

 

About You

You will be a passionate, experienced, action oriented Organisational Capability professional who thrives in a role that is varied, autonomous and fast paced.

You will have proven extensive experience in the design, development and delivery of wide ranging organisational capability initiatives with particular strengths in Leadership Development.

You will be skilled in managing organisation wide projects and be proficient in the use of Learning Management Systems.

It is essential that you are a team player with great communication skills, a sense of fun and willingness to be hands on as well as deliver strategic thinking.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a wide range of programs that support the continuous evolution of the organisational capability function e.g. Leadership development, employee engagement survey, on-boarding  and induction to name a few
• Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and key business stakeholders to ensure you have a current understanding of business needs and priorities
• Identify, propose and develop solutions to meet the needs of your stakeholders within your areas of responsibility
• Work collaboratively with your peers to share ideas and knowledge
• Continually question accepted approaches and explore ways to do things more efficiently
